Booking information - duck projects
Artists salary - duck projects costs are 250 euro for each artist involved with the production
Example - Bummer holiday includes 1 musician - 3 performers - 1 film maker = 5 artist 1250 euros total - duck projects contain different numbers of artists the total salary is placed at individual artists fees.
It is desirable for the artists that there is more than one performance in your venue. With additional performances the artists fee can be negotiated.
Over the artists salary the booking needs to include:
Travel (by air if it is outside of Holland)
Hotel (single rooms)
Per diems (35 euros per day per artist)
All finances are invoiced under Magpie Umbrella and Honsinger Improvisations VOF (Dutch non profit organization - private business)
Technical - Projectors (1 or more if it is available), full range of lighting equipment + access to the dimmer board (light design is made on the day of arrival - we do not send a light plot - access to generals plus specials), playing space no less than 10 by 10 meters, amplifier, DVD player, speakers, two or more assistance for setting up sound + light design
Timetable in the venue - Film + light plot 5 hours - sound check 2 hours - rehearsal 2 hours - performance 1 hour
A workshop by Katie Duck or in collaboration with artists in the duck project can be arranged if there is a reasonable amount of time prior or after the performance set-up and rehearsal periods
Workshops - 75 euros per hour - negotiable if there is more than 10 hours involved
